| 1:03.8 | you're on, it's been busy and full and exciting. So times like, or exciting one way or the other anyway, I'm going to just leave that. |

| 1:17.8 | But regardless, equanimity is the practice for times like this, equanimity, establishing |
| 1:24.9 | ourselves in groundedness, in uprightness, in calm, in neither being pushed away, |
| 1:36.8 | nor being dragged into a sense of, yeah, equipise. That's another alternative translation of Opeca. Opeca often translate as equanimity, equipoies, calm balance. Balance also. Another very helpful translation. |
