So hello and welcome everyone to this edition of Happy Our Lovely to be together in community to practice.

So for today's guided meditation and theme I wanted to offer a simple meta evening of

resting resting in friendliness, resting in gentleness, a restful healing,

gentle nourishing so that we hold ourselves this being who is me who's

doing their best in this life and and bumbling along doing our best sometimes making mistakes as a part of being human to hold ourselves with care and gentleness so it's very simple one tonight.

Hopefully not too many words, but as a way to nourish

and support this being with meta and care so that we can be more available and have even more

care and gentleness and meta. For. We fill our own cups so that we can fill other people's cups. So that's the theme tonight, very simple one. So with that, I invite you to settle, to settle in your sitting

posture to move and shift from chair to cushion, vice versa. This is the time. Also take a moment to perhaps shift, move, maybe your elbows, rolling backwards,

your arm, just they need to move up,

give a little bit of love to this body,

maybe shift left and right, forwards and backwards,

so that you find your sit bones.

You find the center of your sitting bones.

Ah, then when you have taken some time to really adjust yourself, to really arrive, take time, take time, then settle.
