So I would like to lead us in a guided meditation with metta, compassion for ourselves, our bodies,

a very quiet, simple meditation tonight, especially given not just what might be

happening in our bodies, but also what's happening in our world, especially if you're in

the U.S. now, it's quite stressful. So it's always a good time to come back to the body,

to come back to self-compassion,

given that we can get quite stressed out, given everything that's going on.

So calming ourselves, settling, so that we can be more available, more calm,

have more equanimity to be with what is happening in the world.
