So, hello everyone and welcome to Happy Hour.

So, for today's practice, I'd like to share something that I learned when I was this summer.

I was visiting, I was having a visit with Joseph Goldstein and we were talking about practice and I was,

was a lot of delight.

I was, I was telling him about Happy Hour and how long it's been going and all the different ways that,

that, uh, I, we have explored the practice of met time, the other Brahmavihars in so many different ways.

It feels to me like I've never shared, I've never offered met time, the other Brahmavihars the same twice over the past three and a half years.

And, and he, um, he was delighting in this and that there's a song like this that's been practicing these beautiful practices and continue to go strong.

And, and he said, oh, you know how I practice meta and I said how he said the way I practice meta is I imagine a field of meta.

And then I see people walking through that field and I love that I felt inspired by them.

So, hey, can I, can I borrow this? Can I, can I lead a teaching inspired by this? He said absolutely.

So here we go. So this, this is inspired by the way Joseph Goldstein practices meta.

So we're going to, um, yeah, I'm going to practice in that way. So I'll guide, um, I'll do a guided meditation and, um, yeah.

Let's feel our feet connected to the earth.

As if we were sitting in a field, this field, this earth, this world, feeling ourselves connected.
