You guys, it is our last Wednesday in the month of May.

If you are like me, it is our last Wednesday of school year.

My kids get out this Friday.

We are so excited for the summer.

Summer's for us are super fun.

We pack them sometimes two full, but with so much fun stuff, my kids have

exciting things going on this summer.

Erin and I have exciting things this summer.

Plus, we are going to actually schedule and some rest time.

So happy last Wednesday of May.

Today, my guest is Alia Joy.

We're closing out May with Alia, which is a perfect conversation because

May has been mental health awareness month.

This conversation that I had with Alia a couple of weeks ago was eye opening

for me in the fact that I haven't had direct life experience with bipolar

illness or suicidal thoughts.
