Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Earlier this week, I spoke with Thurza Voicy about

0:06.3

listening to your soul. Big stuff. And at the end, she issued a challenge that we each make a

0:14.3

stick figure vision board, drawing whatever comes to mind with stick figures, and seeing what

0:20.4

happens. Well, I wanted to tell you

0:21.6

about what I drew. It's nothing profound. Let me preface that. It's actually, okay, I take that back.

0:27.1

It is profound, but it's not a big thing in terms of how the world would view things or maybe. Now, I didn't

0:33.6

know what would come to my mind when I decided to do this exercise. But what I did was

0:37.7

close my eyes and take a deep breath and then just draw the picture that was in my mind. And I was

0:43.5

really surprised by it. I thought it might be something big like writing a book or being at my dream

0:48.9

goal weights, you know, all of these things. But it was very simple and very beautiful. On the paper, I drew first a

0:56.0

fireplace with a warm orange fire in it. And then I drew my current living room with a love seat,

1:03.2

a couch, and two chairs, and then a coffee table in the middle. I also drew a pillow on the

1:07.6

floor. And then I found myself drawing eight smiling happy stick figures in each

1:13.3

of those places sitting around that fireplace and around that table. And everyone is smiling.

1:19.5

And then I wrote the words happiness four times in a circle around all the people. Well, as you know,

1:26.0

there are eight people in my immediate family. And generally

1:30.3

speaking, I drew a feeling and an experience of us all being together without conflict,

1:36.6

without drama, just being happy together. Basic, but oh, so profound. Now, I imagine this one will come true really soon and then I'll be

1:45.8

on to my next picture because my family, we have made amazing progress in our ability to

1:51.6

communicate, to stay in positive energy, to have healthy boundaries. Things are so beautiful.

1:59.2

So I want to hear what you drew for your stick figure vision board.
