who imbue a belief system into us. We witness their belief systems. We witness how they talk

about themselves, about their lives, about experiences. We witness how they talk about themselves, about their lives, about experiences.

We witness how they talk to other people. That whole belief system from our parents is internally

wired without us even knowing how it got there. Sometimes we come to a point in our lives

when we realize we haven't been listening to our authentic self,

our soul self, our heart-centered self. And then we begin to feel out of alignment,

out of balanced, disempowered, confused, something's off. And we all have moments of that.

The key is to get back into alignment. So we will be presented with

thoughts and opportunities and pathways that can lead us back into alignment. That's the cool thing.
