| 0:00.0 | Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Do you find yourself feeling frazzled and burnt out and overwhelmed |
| 0:07.4 | and just wishing you could be that happy person you used to be, wishing you could find yourself again and |
| 0:13.7 | live an aligned, intuitive, impactful life? Well, you really can because you've all heard my story before of hitting |
| 0:21.7 | rock bottom several years ago when I had five kids and clawing my way back out of there and |
| 0:28.4 | finding my purpose. Now, one of the big tools that has helped me with that is yoga. And if you're a |

| 1:26.2 | joking that we should all just take breath breaks. |
| 1:29.1 | Go out instead of smoking, take a breath break and breathe deeply for about four minutes or so. |
| 1:35.1 | So yoga accomplishes the same thing. You're breathing in and out constantly trying to maintain this |
| 1:42.1 | Ujjayi breath. It's a special kind of breath, but it's deep and it's focused. |
| 1:48.2 | And then you're moving your body in connection. |
| 1:51.5 | And the act of stretching and moving all of those muscles just gives you such a massive |
| 1:56.6 | endorphin rush. |
