Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. On our last happy bit, we talked about how we want to feel

and how we can use visualization and action steps to make that feeling a reality. For me,

the best feeling in the world is cuddling with my kids or my spouse. I love that feeling of love and connection that I have

during those moments. So I want to feel that. And I imagine my life being arranged in such a way

to maximize the times I can feel that feeling. So now let's shift it a little. How do you want to

feel in your relationships?

Your relationship with your spouse or your children, your parents or a friend, whatever the

case may be. How do you want to feel with that person and towards that person? And how does that

differ from what you're feeling now.

Begin each day to imagine feeling that way with that person, seeing the relationship working in such a way that you can have that feeling. See the very best in that person.

See their future self, their best self, and make that a reality in your mind. You'll be

surprised at how that influences your interactions with that person, how it makes you feel less

resentful and more positive and loving. So how do you want to feel in your relationships?

Take a while to think about this, write down your thoughts and journal about it

perhaps. You really can improve your relationships through this exercise. I've seen it happen in my own life.
