So we decided to do macchiados instead

of caps, just because it was easier. We threw it on the menu. Yeah. Because we were splitting

shots anyway. We were splitting shots. So Jared was serving someone, espresso and a macchiato,

and we ran out of saucers. And I don't even think he knew what he was doing, but he just like,

I had a serve it. He had a cap saucer, which is totally wrong. And he threw the espresso on there, and he threw the macchiato on there, like... Vice versa. Macchiato first. Machiazza first. Staggered in like an angular way. Yeah. And they were like balanced perfectly. And one was like sticking up higher than the other one.

And I was like, dang, that looks sketch.

But it was actually locked on there pretty good.

You can move it around real well. And he just throws it on and I was like looking. Because I was at the machine and you were over at the bar. I was serving somebody. Yeah. And I was just like, what the fuck, dude?

I was like kind of tripping.
