It's good to remember what we can be thankful for every day and not just on

Thanksgiving. One simple way to bring more gratitude into our lives is to write down

three good things that have happened to us each day,

and then to explain why they happen.

This Thanksgiving we're resharing a favorite episode of ours

where we ask comedian Ma's Jabrani

to try practice grounded in gratitude and then share with us how it went.

Mazz Jabrani sharing one thing that he's not grateful for. The first TV role I got in

Hollywood there was a show called Chicago Hope and I actually auditioned to play a

security guard in a hospital and there's a disease going around so the doctors want me to lock the doors to the

hospital so nobody can get in. And I had this really good scene with

Hector Elizando where I tell him as a security guard that even though he's the main doctor or whatever of the hospital,

I'm not going to lock the doors and keep people out of the hospital.
