I saw you speak at Mises in New York it was a great talk it was also very funny and I

was great to see that sense of humor come out of you because I think you have

this reputation of being very imposing and intimidating. Is that something that you cultivate?

No. I think I'm a northern German person. Northern Germans are like that. So they do have a dry humor, but are considered by other people to be

reclusive and not that sociable as people from the South are or as Italians are or even as people

in southern Germany.

Northern Germans are a special brand of people I would say.

Now are you aware that there's all these memes about you on the internet now?

Yes I'm aware of it.

I'm sure not aware of all of them, but eventually people send me some.

So a lot of them came from the New York Control Board.

We kind of started a lot of this stuff. And one of the big questions people

have is, in your book you discussed that in a free libertarian society, communists would have to be physically

removed, right? This became a meme. The question everyone has is,

when you say physically removed, do you mean they will be physically distant or that they will be physically picked up and pushed away?
