for today's story.

Well before we jump into today's magical story, here's a quick word for the grownups.

Okay, so today's story request comes from Hannah from New Jersey, and she wanted a story

where she finds a magic mirror and goes through a portal to Candyland.

And when she gets there, she meets an evil candy monster.

Hannah was in New Jersey, cleaning up her grandmother's house with the rest of her family.

They had come to visit for summer, and while Hannah loved her grandmother, she hated cleaning.

But she couldn't be rude, so she smiled politely at her mother and took the decision

to clean the attic alone.

The attic was warm from the hot day outside, and the wooden beams were covered in dust

in cobwebs.

A closet stood in the corner, clothes neatly arranged inside.

Hannah was curious and walked up to the closet, and then noticed a large object covered

by a dusty white cloth.

She pulled it off with a sweeping motion, a mirror, she asked herself gazing at her reflection.
