Today's story comes from Anthony who used to work for I TV as a transmission controller.

Anthony says, I occasionally did some freelance work for other companies on one occasion

in 2000.

I worked at a TV establishment in St. John's Wood in northwest London that was originally an old church.

That night, I heard a commotion outside the transmission room door.

There was another freelancer working with me, but I got up and looked through the glass window

in the door. I saw a

monk going down the corridor in front of me who'd kicked a wooden door wedge to

one side to close the door he'd just walked through and carried on down the

corridor. We both saw this.

There was only one other person in the building that night and that was a security man on the front desk.

When I left the building the following morning having finished tonight's

transmission and mentioned this to him.

He immediately said the place was haunted and many members of staff had seen the mice.

During the night I went to the crew room for a piece of toast and some tea.

As I walked along the same corridor,

a voice emanated from the shower room

and was heard to say hello,

as if from a long way away. I heard another hello before getting my tea and toast. I have never forgotten what I experienced.
