Arizona, called Gilbert, Arizona. My office is in Chandler. And I am a loan officer with a small

team inside a branch and have started growing that team since 2019. Nice. Good for you. So how

don't you been in the business for? I've been in the business for 20 years, which I always kind of say with a

little bit of a chuckle because I feel like a lot of those years were like being in the business

the first year all over again for a bunch of times. I had children and kind of kept my foot in

the door for a long time. And so just in the last three years,

I've really been able to commit my whole heart and soul to growing this business and really

helping more people. Nice. You know, it's a, it's a good gig we have, isn't it? It really is.

It is. You know, it's, I've always thought, you know, it's amazing they don't teach this in the cut.

You know, they teach 14th century art history, which zero chance of getting a job for all product purposes.

But here we have this amazing career where the vast majority of us or those that actually
