We are quickly closing in on election day.

It is just 15 days until everyone casts their vote for the very consequential 2024 election.

Over the weekend, our very own John Bresnahan was on the road with House Minor leader, Hakeem Jeffries, in stops in Midwest in Minneapolis, as well as in Milwaukee,

as the New York Democrat seeks to lead his colleagues to victory. And a very interesting twist everywhere he goes, Jeffries is introduced as the next speaker. Representative Gwen Moore,

the Democrat from Wisconsin gushed when she opened for Jeffries

at a Friday night dinner, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the NAACP's Milwaukee Chapter,

that she didn't know she was going to get the privilege of introducing our future speaker.

The next day at a canvassing event outside Minneapolis, Representative Angie Craig, the Democrat from Minnesota,

a frontliner representing a D plus one district.

Enthusiastically greeted Jeffries as Mr. Future Speaker

in front of about 100 of her supporters.
