He is now in the Dominican Republic in the capital, Senator Domingo.

These last hours he and his colleague, Chuck Holton,

and their colleague from the DR, Pastor Simone, have traveled to the border with Haiti.

Why? Because for several weeks now, the Dominican Republic has been very carefully building a wall between the two countries.

They share an island, building a wall because of the immigrants, the refugees coming across to the DR

and then traveling through the DR to other countries in South America.

Some of whom eventually make their way to the Panama Dary and Gap.

However, this fence is unusual for what Michael is about to explain.
