In habit #8 I attempted to try the ketogenic diet, but fell at the first hurdle and didn't even make it into ketosis. What went wrong? Looking back I think it was lots of overthinking, but very little preparation and planning so in my second run at the ketogenic diet I'm focusing on the process of getting into ketosis rather than racing to the bit when I'm actually in it.
