Hello, hi and welcome to another episode of The Emmergand Show. Thank you so much for joining me. I'm very delighted to have you here. It is Habit 22. It's the ketogenic diet 2.0 because habit number eight was also the ketogenic diet,

but I didn't do very well at that. So I'm taking another one at it.

And I'm happy to report that we have achieved mild ketosis, thank you very much,

by doing exactly what I said in last week's episode,

which is reducing carbs and sugars for my diet and increasing

proteins and fat. I haven't gone hell for leather like I did last time, which is what led to such a

spectacular, very quick failure. And yeah, it's possible, it's doable. We're going to draw that

what I'm going to draw the same conclusion this time is that in that I just don't think this is a lifestyle that I would

see beyond the two weeks. First time around I thought that it was because I had approached it

badly and this time around I just think I just don't particularly like eating this way or maybe

I need a bit longer to get used to it, but I am all about crunch and you take

a handful of pop chips out of my life when I come home from a busy day. And unfortunately,

it makes me hangary. I don't get the same satisfaction from protein and fat without some sort

But then I, even as I'm saying that I realize how lame that sounds and how weak it is.

So it is something I'm not a particularly heavy carb eater anywhere.

I don't eat rice.

I only eat those things if I'm out because they tend to be on menus. They tend to buffer out menus a bit more.
