My 12th habit in #26habits is going to be journaling. Why? Because there is endless research to show that the mental and physical benefits are nothing but positive. Improved cognitive function, stronger immune system, a general sense of calm - it's all at the end of your pen. But something as easy as writing is simple to overlook in the busy, tech-heavy world we live in, so what steps do I, and maybe you, need to take to make journaling a part of our every day.
