week. I hope things are good. How is everything up your way? Oh, not too bad, except yesterday I threw,

well, two days ago now, I threw my back out so I needed 15

minutes before this because I just needed to not be on my feet for a minute throwing your

back out's great because someone's always like so how'd you do it and I'm like I don't even know

like nothing really I think I was getting out of my car. Like I wasn't

carrying anything. I wasn't doing anything. I'm like just old enough now that like stuff,

you know, they're like, oh, what's wrong with your neck? It's just like this now. You know,

I just, it always always hurts. I think, I think we've both hit that age where like just just sleeping awkwardly.

Like we're princesses with the pee now that just like sleeping funny is enough to put us out

of commission for 24 hours. Oh yeah. Yeah. Like I'm, you know, any given day, I'm, I'm a bad

pivot out of my car away from being out of commission for two days.

It's great.

Yeah.

I popped my shin on our, on the tow hitch of our van, of our minivan the other day.

And I was down and out for almost 24 hours like borderline needed

crutches it's terrible yeah I would just die that happened to me I'll just be dead just lay there

in the lawn for a while just leave me there that's right that's what I told my family but

anyway on to bigger and better things now.
