We're recording Sunday night.

The Yankees and Red Sox are in the middle of the last game of the

evening. And it's been an absolutely wonderful baseball weekend. Scott, how are things on

your end? And what did you do this weekend? That was fun. Tigers won a series. What do I care?

Right? Everything else can go to heck. But hey, Tigers won a series.

Yeah, Detroit looked really good against the Cubbies. That a lot of people were saying that maybe that's

the World Series preview. I don't know. Felt like playoff baseball, felt like playoff atmosphere.

And the Tigers come away with two out of three. So it was fun.

Yeah.

Did you know that Pete Creel Armstrong is just good all the time?

Like that we were all wrong about everything about people.

Like the number of people that projected him to be a top 50 hitter is zero.

Right?

Like just to be clear, this isn't like one of those situations where we're like, oh,

yeah, this guy could be really good, but we're not sure.

This was literally like, we think he could be a 15 home run hitter with like 25 stolen bases,

and that'd be an awesome outcome, right? or like maybe even 15 home runs and 30 stolen bases and now we have 17 and 21 today it's it's wild like he

he could take a big step back and still be like a 25 to 30 home run

40 to 45 stolen base kind of guy and like forget what you think about batting average

like it doesn't really matter because he could just be that good and all of us just kind of like
