I am doing well. I'm so sorry to your listeners to have to go through a full episode with me,

but you were a guest on coffee talk a few times. So I thought I should return the favor.

Yeah, we are totally unsupervised here. There's, I mean, like sparries in the background, but no one's here to stop us from

rambling on whatever we're about to talk about.

We'll start with some injuries.

I'm not going to go through all the news and notes, but I will talk about some injuries

because I know a lot of you are probably dealing with trying to figure out what to do with

your outfield as Dalton Varsho, Jordan Walker, Cedric Mullins, Austin Hayes, and Anthony Santander all went down on the IL this last

week and Chandler Simpson got demoted.
