All right, well, a few years back, while enjoying a delightful day in New York City, a few friends and I decided to give ourselves a special treat.

Manhattan has an almost endless selection of wonderful restaurants and is known as one of the culinary capitals of the world.

We walked into a quaint little shopping area known to the locals as Times Square.

We ventured into one of the more subtle spots, nestled in between Boomer Asyus and Stadium Grill,

and Jekyll and Hyde's restaurant and bar.

The restaurant is known as Guy Fieri's American Kitchen,

and it's where good times go to be destroyed. We spent six hours

there that day and I'm naming this episode after what I acquired after reading a

plate of the signature dish Gu Guy Italian nachos.
