Girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode because I wanted to have

a conversation where we talked about some of the thoughts and the beliefs that are holding

us back that we adopted unintentionally often from our parents or the people that raised

us because remember when you're thinking thoughts over and over again, those become your

beliefs and then you take action from your beliefs of what's possible for you in this life.

And so often we don't take a second to question the beliefs that we actually have, the thoughts

that we're thinking the meanings that we're creating because the humans we are meaning

creating machines, we don't ask ourselves if those are actually working for us, if they're

supportive of where we want to go.

And it's interesting because I went on Instagram, which by the way, if we're not connected

on Instagram, it's my favorite social media platform, come thigh me, Kasia Gettnery, I'm

very active on stories, I post very consistently over there and we even have an Instagram
