You can follow me on Twitter at gun talk A lot of ways for us to chat. And here's what I would like to suggest. It's Father's Day and just a big old shout out to all the fathers out there, the folks who helped raise us.

Now we know that our mothers really raised us, but the fathers were there most of the time.

And just a big thank you for all of that.

I'll share a story or two about my dad and shooting and getting involved in guns and here's what I'd like to do.

I would want to invite you to share your story or stories about your father taking you out,

getting you involved in shooting or hunting.

Or maybe, as sometimes happens, you getting your father involved in the shooting sports.

Maybe it's an interesting firearm that you receive from your dad.

It doesn't have to be classic antique or anything like that,

just something that has some meaning. The ones that I hope you still have. So that's what

I would like. If you would like to join us and just tell us a little about how you got started

and shooting your dad going out. Maybe it's just a memory of a particularly interesting hunt that sticks in your mind.
