All right, settle in, let's talk about some guns. I'm Tom Gresham. Yeah, it's called

Gun Talk. We're gonna be having some fun today. It's gonna be just me and some

guests today. So settle back and enjoy. We are getting ready as you might imagine

getting ready for the shot show. That's next week in Las Vegas. Lots of stuff going on. We'll be doing a show from the floor of the

shot show, but this is kind of the before the shot show show and so because we

thought you're going to get tons of information about products and what's new and

all that. Next week we're going to go a little

different direction. We're going to have a variety of guests for you today and

we're all over the place as far as the shooting sports and gun rights and current events and news.

So just settle back.

It's going to be a whole bunch of fun.

Now, if you are still writing 2011 on checks, those of you who still write checks and are not doing

electronically, it is 2012. That means something pretty interesting for a lot of us. I have always been a huge fan of the Olympics, the Olympic Games. Love them, love them.

Summer Olympics are grand, partly, at least for me, because there are so many shooting

events at the Olympics. Not that you would know about it if you looked at the coverage of the Olympics in the US.

Interestingly enough in other countries, they have much better coverage of the shooting events.

I think, and I will confirm this in just a minute, I think there are 15 different events involving shooting at the Olympics.

And of course, they are Olympic athletes, the US shooters, come through an organization called

USA Shooting.
