Hi, this is Tom Gresham.

This is Gun Talk, and we are yacking about guns and gun rights and what kind of gun for self-defense and how to get into shooting.

I did something fun.

Well, it was yesterday, Saturday.

We're here in Birmingham, and we're shooting video for the new,

new season of Guns and Gear television show. And so we have a break over the weekend. Obviously,

I'm doing radio today. But yesterday, we said, well, what are we going to do? We've got a full day off.

So what do we do? We went shooting, of course, went out and shot sporting clays, had a ball.

Really, really had a good time. So, you know, it is fun.

That's the part that a lot of folks kind of lose sight of.

We get all serious about self-defense at all, and it's serious business. Okay, sure. But shooting is really fun. If you haven't gone out and just done pure fun shooting for a while, you might want to treat yourself. Take family, take a friend, invite somebody to go out and just sporting clays, trap, skit, rifles, pistols, doesn't matter. Just go out and do something.

Go do some shooting out there.
