We keep showing up like a bad penny.

I'm Tom Gresham.

We are having some fun today.

Let me tell you, we are in the, well, we call it the belly of the beast, is the phrase that's being used.

We're out in San Francisco at the Gun Rights Policy Conference.

It's the 25th annual Gun Rights Policy Conference put on by the Second Amendment Foundation

and the Citizens Committee for the right to keep him bear arms.

But that's actually just a wee bit misleading.

There are dozens, literally dozens dozens of gun rights groups here.

People who are working in the trenches, they're working hard for your gun rights,

state groups, regional groups, national groups, gun owners of America,

Citizens Committee, Second Amendment Foundation, Cal guns,

the California Rifle and Pistol Association, gold out of Massachusetts.

I mean, pretty much everybody is here with one huge, notable exception.

The NRA is not here.

And if you've been listening for a while, you probably have an idea why that is.

I mean, how can you claim that you were the lead cow or the lead dog on the McDonald case,
