All right, we are in fact live at the F&H booth in Phoenix, Arizona. We're at the

NRA annual meetings or the annual show if you will. We're surrounded by people

with guns. It's a wonderful thing. We're having a ball here. Welcome again. I'm

Tom Gresham. The show is gun talk and we are just having a great time. A good friend

Alan Gottley just walked by, ran over and I said, no, no, you don't get to just walk

by and say hello you got to sit

out and talk to us how are you my friend I'm doing great Tom it's a great place

don't you feel safe you know we have people walk everybody's got a gun and we got some people

walk around to an open carry and I feel great about it. It's wonderful. You know you just think this is a good place.

Safest place on earth right now? I'm thinking. Yeah. Now we've had a couple of bizarre

otherworldly, Alice in World, or your Wonderland kind of wins recently out of the

Ninth Circuit in California and I'm thinking it's like Bill Murray, Cats and Dogs living

together.

Is this the end of the world that the Ninth Circuit is becoming strong on gun rights?

What's going on?

Well, I think one a little lucky on judges, and two, I think quite honestly, the cases the way they're set up makes it hard for liberal judges to vote against us

Okay that must be someone very clever is crafting our lawsuits yes and that would be

You and Alan Gura and your team putting this thing together. I think Don Kilmer too.

I mean, on the North line case, which incorporated the Second Amendment against the states, at least in the Ninth Circuit.
