Well well well hello and welcome again to Gun Talk yes indeed we are having some fun

today I'm Tom Gresham yeah the show is Gun Talk. We're on the road again as we are in this case, a lot of times in the air. We're actually in Bismarck, North Dakota up here in the Northland. Enjoyed it last night.

We had the longest day of the year, the most daylight

when you get this far north.

The days are long and gorgeous.

It was really a lot of fun.

And we're going to be visiting with some of our friends from,

well from the firearms industry, from firearms companies and all today

we're out here for a writer's seminar, writers conference and we got a lot of our regular

buddies are with us today and so we're going to kind of just knock it around and have a little fun.

There's certainly some news to be talking about.

We are days away from the Supreme Court decision on the Heller case.

Probably, I would give it about an 85% chance we're going to get a decision this week.

The other 15% is it would be Monday, June to 30th, but probably it is this week.

And if that happens, next week, we're going to have Alan Gura,

the attorney who argued the case, presented it

to the Supreme Court on gun talk here next Sunday so we're all lined up for that at this
