favorite, Tom Gresham's Gun Talk. All right. It's time for gun talks of saddle up. Like a load we're going to have some fun now. I guarantee

there is so much news going on. I mean it's hot stuff going on this week.

Hey, I'm Tom Gresham. I'm the host here. You know, we talk about all kinds of things. I've been out teaching people to shoot the last couple of days.

We've been shooting, oh, the Smith and

West and M&P and 9mm, their new pistol shot, we shot the Glock, 9mm shot Smith 38 special

with a crimson trace, Laser Grip on it.

I'm teaching a couple ladies to shoot.

Had some fun with that.

Very interesting progress we're making.

We can talk about that at some point, but really the big news

this week is the decision made in Washington, D.C. by the U.S. Circuit Court there, it's a Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C.

That said, and this is all over the news, and it's, for a lot of us we're going, yes, so.

But it's a big deal, they're saying, well, the Second Amendment actually does mean that people,

individuals, have a right to own guns. And we're kind of going, yeah, we knew that.

Unfortunately, they didn't, didn't know that.

And the courts didn't know that.
