| 1:35.3 | users buy cars, we let alcoholics buy cars, although they've been able to get a license |
| 1:42.2 | and shoot in certain ways. |
| 1:44.1 | So we have these sensible regulations. |
| 1:46.4 | It's all 50 states. |
