I've been going mental, I'm losing my mind.

Hi, I'm Eileen Kelly and I'm the host of Going Mental.

After struggling with these incredible highs of a booming career and then the unbelievable

lows of losing my mental health, I've voluntarily admitted myself to a psychiatric hospital.

I ended up staying over five months learning not only how to better manage my symptoms,

but also just get my life back on track.

So I'm here to say that no matter where you are, you're not alone.

On my show Going Mental, I'm going to be talking to guests about their own mental health

journeys as well as talking to professionals, new episodes every Thursday and you can find
