And hello to you. Now then, today's little bonus episode is going to be a little bit different

today is International Relaxation Day, which I think should be every day, really. We should all be taking a moment out every now and again to relax.

So what I thought I'd do today is a short guided relaxation session, just five minutes, but I think it kind of goes without saying that if you're operating heavy machinery or you're driving a car or

something like that and you don't want to relax, maybe listen to this later on, do this at a different

time. I know it goes without saying and you might think, oh, I'll just listen to this anyway.

While I'm driving, this will be nice. I won't relax, honest. Yeah, you might. So if you are driving or operating heavy machinery,

disclaimer, this could relax you because this is a guided relaxation session. So please stop what you're doing. Go and find somewhere to relax. So, of course, if you don't want to do this at all, then skip.

So get yourself into a comfortable position. You might already be sitting, lying down.
