| 1:22.0 | Maybe we could say that during the whole meditation we're continually finding our posture, |
| 1:30.0 | we're continually discovering what it means to be centered, to be balanced. |
| 1:45.0 | To be upright, I don't think the sitting posture is some particular place we get to, |
| 2:02.0 | but is this exploration? |
| 2:06.0 | So, just to take a few moments and feel into this body. |
| 2:14.0 | What does it mean for this body to be grounded? |
| 2:26.0 | And alert. |
| 2:34.0 | What does it mean for this body to be at ease? |
| 2:56.0 | Letting the eyes close if that feels helpful. |
| 3:07.0 | And perhaps taking a few deep deliberate breaths. |
| 3:32.0 | And with each out breath. |
| 3:42.0 | Just noticing this letting go. |
| 4:12.0 | There's some way in each out breath we can let go of the momentum of the thinking mind, |
| 4:39.0 | the momentum, the conditioned habitual thoughts, and let ourselves be here. |
