1:39.7 | doesn't want to be with what's happening here and now. |
1:43.9 | But to be able to be here with our present moment |
1:47.5 | experience, and neither for or against, neither avoiding or, you know, a certain way, you know, |
1:59.1 | diving in to penetrate it or to, |
2:03.6 | but simply to be still. |
2:08.6 | And as we're still, |
2:12.6 | to notice, or to be more simple, simply to watch the unfolding of experience. |
2:27.3 | And one of the purposes for samadhi, for developing concentration, |
2:32.3 | is to have the stability, to have the settledness, to just stay here |
