| 0:50.9 | is some degree of tranquility, |
| 0:54.0 | some degree of calm or peace or ease or lightness |

| 1:03.0 | And this is one thing to let go. |
| 1:09.0 | It's another thing to appreciate the consequences of letting go. |
| 1:15.0 | It's one thing to have compulsion, addiction, be caught up in something. |
| 1:21.0 | It is something else to become aware of beyond the edges of the |
| 1:28.1 | attachment there is some modicum of tranquility, of peace, serenity, ease, calm. I use all these different words because different people resonate with different words. |
| 1:47.0 | So in this meditation, I'll guide you a bit to appreciate the calm that's there or the peace or the degree of tranquility which is there when we're not |
| 2:06.8 | attached, not clinging to something. And sometimes that calm is the calm of recognizing an absence. |
| 2:19.0 | In the absence of agitation, in the absence of clinging. |
| 2:28.3 | They're right there in that sense of absence, |
| 2:30.7 | there is a hint of serenity of peace. So assuming a meditation posture, And gently closing your eyes. |
| 2:47.0 | And gently closing your eyes. And gently, maybe slowly as if you have all the time in the world, take a comfortably deeper |
| 3:01.7 | breath than usual. |
| 3:09.3 | And let go, release, exhale, longer than usual but only to the degree which is comfortable to do so. |
