Before we start, choose a comfortable space, a dedicated space in which you can practice,

stress in comfortable clothing, loose clothing in which you can move freely and set an

intention for your practice.

When you are ready, we will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Start by moving around, moving your arms and legs ever so slightly in order to become

To move into this space, this present space, ready to dedicate your mindful energies to meditation.

If you wish to do so, focus on your breathing, notice your pattern of breathing.

Notice the way you inhale and your manner of exhaling.
