| 0:30.0 | I would like to evoke the emotion, the attitude of love as a part of meditation, integral part of it. |

| 0:51.8 | sometimes the windshield on my car is frosted over. |
| 0:58.0 | And there have been times when it was so frosted over it took some time to be able to clear the ice to drive away. |
| 1:10.0 | And so there's different options of how to bring back the clarity in the windshield. |
| 1:19.6 | One is to simply wait for the sun to come up, and the sun will slowly warm it up. Another way is to |
| 1:27.7 | turn on the car and the defrosterer and let the coils that are in the windshield slowly warm up or let |
| 1:39.1 | the heater in the car slowly below warm air on the glass. And then with time the glass will be warm enough that the ice melts. |
| 1:50.0 | The other option is to go out and get a ice scraper and to scrape away the ice. |
| 2:03.0 | And sometimes that's easy if it's just a little light frost, |
| 2:06.0 | and sometimes it takes a lot of work to get a thick layer of crusty ice off the windshield and especially when it's really cold and it kind of |

| 2:47.5 | clingings, our conceits, our fears, all of them which agitate, all of them which obstruct in some way. |
