Please visit our website at audioderma.org. Hello everyone and welcome and today the plan is to mostly have a silent meditation after evoking a very simply very simply invoking a

evoking a particular quality to include in your meditation,

which will mostly just name.

So, but since people are still arriving I'll take one minute to say that

after I't be here tomorrow and then for the next four weeks I won't be here on YouTube.

I'll be away and we have wonderful teachers coming to fill in while I'm gone and I'll be for

three weeks teaching this all insight approach to practice in the wilderness,

camping and backpacking with people.

And then the fourth week I'll be backpacking with my wife.

So I'll be, that's where I'll be and you'll be really well attended by some of the teachers

we've had before and I'm very happy that they're. of the

feeling.

they're filling in.

So for this sitting so for this sitting I want to evoke particular quality that I'm not going to

say much about or guide you into the meditation, but rather let each of you, if you're

interested, to find your own way, because each of you will have a different understanding

of this concept, or a different approach to a different way of living

with it.

But may it be that you keep this close, concept this quality this capacity human

potential that we all have that you keep it close in this meditation it's a

guide for the meditation it's a reference. It's a guide for the meditation. It's a reference point. It's a
