| 0:25.0 | I'm happy to be here the second day, and we're exploring the story of Mara and Mara's armies. |
| 0:36.0 | And as usually happens in these seven a.m.s, we'll start with a guided meditation. |
| 0:45.0 | So, taking a moment to settle in, |
| 0:55.0 | feeling yourself sitting, |
| 1:09.0 | and bringing attention to the posture. |
| 1:15.0 | Let's begin there. |
| 1:23.0 | If you're in a seated position, just noticing if the spine has some uprightness, |
| 1:33.0 | and some ease. |
| 1:43.0 | Noticing if the ears are over the shoulders. |
| 1:47.0 | Sometimes it's helpful to push the chin back just a tiny bit, really small. |
| 1:55.0 | It may not even be noticed by somebody else observing you, |
| 1:59.0 | but pushing the chin back, not down but back, |
| 2:07.0 | can open up the top of the spine, the neck, |
| 2:13.0 | in a way that really supports some uprightness and ease. |
| 2:25.0 | Feeling into the sitting base, |
| 2:33.0 | the buttocks, the legs, the feet, |
| 2:39.0 | and connected, grounded. |
