Summary

There are a variety of powerful meditations. But Ram Dass popularized the core of meditation in silence and deep contemplation. At the end of his life he would simply repeat the phrase and the ideas that I AM loving awareness. This invokes the I AM presence in the most powerful and simple way and tunes you into the a loving awareness which is the essence of the creator in the purest form.

Today we have a short powerful meditation. I am loving awareness.

When talking about awareness, most of us identify with our awareness through the ego, through the mind and senses.

But the true self is in the middle of our chest, in our spiritual heart.

So to get from ego to the true self, Ram Dass taught stating I am loving awareness repeatedly.

I found this to be a very powerful and wonderful meditative technique.

And so join me as we enter into a state of perfect pure loving awareness

find a place to let go of the outside world

and sink deeply into your bed or chair.

Slow down your breath.

And bring your consciousness to your heart. You can place your hand upon your heart and begin

to breathe from your heart. Let go of any tensions you might have in your body and slow

Breathing in and breathing out. When I am loving awareness, I'm aware of everything outside but pulling into the heart. The spiritual heart brings me to loving awareness. I'm aware of everything outside but pulling into the heart.

I'm aware of my thoughts, but loving awareness is simply witnessing them.
