Please visit our website at audioderma.org. Hello from Redwood City at the Insight Meditation Center and so I'm particularly happy to be here today.

0:33.4

I was, this morning as I turned my attention to the topic of today,

0:39.4

I started to feel a kind of smile and delight and joy. So I'm happiness just from turning my mind in that

0:47.4

2:30.0

I don't want to in any kind of way diminish the difficulty

2:38.0

belittle the difficulty we have with the challenges of our lives.

2:45.0

And at the same time, I don't want to limit

2:51.0

our capacity to recognize well-being.

2:57.6

And these can coexist.
