| 0:51.3 | So, So for this meditation today, I'd like to say that in that samadhi involves a unification, |
| 0:55.4 | gathering, a coming together of everything, all of who we are, |
| 1:03.1 | engaged in a single activity, and all supporting, engaging the activity of being present here and now without being distracted. And that most commonly it involves this gathering unification in the present |
| 1:14.4 | moment around a center point, a settling place, a gathering place. That doesn't exclude things, |
| 1:24.5 | but allows all things to have supporting roles in coming together. |
| 1:28.9 | And everything's kind of gathered and collected here for the same purpose, |
| 1:33.8 | the same direction, the same. |
| 1:37.1 | And one of the parts of things that gets unified, gets collected that comes together |
| 1:46.6 | could be understood to be a continuity of attention. |
| 1:52.3 | So time, |
| 1:54.3 | it's not just place, |
| 1:57.2 | but there's also the idea of the continuous movement of time. |
| 2:04.3 | And of course time doesn't move. |
| 2:06.8 | Maybe there is no time really in some kind of philosophical way or experiential way. |
| 2:14.2 | There's also we live in time. |
| 2:16.9 | And so what I'm mostly focusing on now is |
