Good morning, good morning, everybody. Those are just joining.

I guess everybody on this continent is morning, but if you're on other continents, it's not morning, so good day, whatever time it is.

Or even if you're listening to this, you know, when it's not live sometime later, but just greetings.

Okay, so I think we'll get going here.

So this morning, I'm going to continue on this theme of Mara's armies.

But before we get there, we'll do a guided meditation.

Click in our meditation plus chair.

And if you're sitting up to mean into the sense of uprightness in the body, the sense of moving through space upwards and some kind of way.

And letting this be the container for experience.

And whatever way that makes sense for you.

So we have some uprightness.

But there's also softness and ease.

And connecting with an acknowledgement that to practice is a movement of kindness.

Come to this meditation, maybe to put fellows in the chat is a movement of kindness.

Can we connect with that?

So wishing for others and taking care of ourselves.

This giving of care, respect to ourselves and to others is a beautiful thing we're doing.

And then just connecting with the experience of the body more generally.

Using a light and curious attention.
