Yesterday for the meditation, I offered the phrase, no comment, that one way important aspect

0:43.8

of meditation is to experience ourselves, to be engaged in the meditation, without being caught

0:53.2

in the commentary we can make about what's happening

0:56.0

2:31.5

when we start developing understanding what meditation is,

2:36.7

mindfulness meditation?

2:39.6

And so what I'd like to suggest is that the commentary we make about life

2:47.9

is the arena of our suffering.

2:56.1

The arena or the field in which we grow,
