My name is Steve Mathis, and this week's guest is Jay Bone.

Otherwise, no is Jeremy Albrecht.

Jeremy is a team manager at the Joe Gibbs Yamaha Racing Team, JGR, as we call them in the biz.

It's a very new and very intriguing team.

They have a ton of funding behind them, some trick bikes, and all the shop facilities to make their bikes really, really good.

I had a NASCAR team for a few years, many, many years, capturing a couple of cup titles.

So this team is there.

They're there to race, and they know what they're doing.

They have the two Joshes, Summi and Hansen, riding for them this year.

And even though Summie changed his name to Charles, he'll always be Josh to me.

There is no doubt that JGR is gunning for a big name to head up their team in 09,

and J. Bone touches on that a little bit in this interview.

From his early years, he's a test mechanic at Yamaha to working for Jeff Emig and James Stewart in their title years.

Jeremy has seen and done a lot.
