There's a lot to unpack with this story.

There's so much to it and unpacking it is the challenge.

Heath Bullard and David Smith are, we're not in communication with them.

They pretty much refuse to have any part of this.

So, you know, the most that we have is Heath Bullard's statement about what happened

up until the time they got to the rest stop. So I'm going to read Heath Bullard's statement

of what happened on August 9th through the 12th of 1994. Okay, Heath Bullard's statement to us. He says,

Hi, my name is Heath Bullard, and I went through

hell and back within the states of Tennessee and Arkansas. No one believes anything I say about

the events of August 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th of 1994. Here's my story. Please note that I cannot

speak for my friend David Smith who accompanied me during these

events. I must state that David Smith, my friend, did not come back as the same person as before

the following events. To date, I have not sat down and discussed the things that happened to us on

this fateful trip. I lived in Pennsylvania and in 1994, I was an

education major at Cutsown University in Cutsdown, Pennsylvania. I was in my last semester and

studied Native American history and had signed up to student teach in Arizona on the Cyantha Indian

Reservation in August 1994.

My best friend, David Smith and myself, arranged to drive cross-country in my vehicle, a Chevy S-10 pickup.

We thought it would be cool to have a road trip together, well, we were wrong. Our intentions were to leave

August 9th, 1994, and take I-81 to I-40 to Arizona, where I would begin my student teaching.

David was going to hang out with me on the reservation, and then we would fly back to Pennsylvania.

I'm sorry, let me correct that. David would fly back to Pennsylvania.
