Welcome back everybody to another episode of the Boosley Podcast. My name is

Mark Simpson and I give host just like you the tools, the tactics of training and

the confidence to get more bookings and confidence is a big part of what

today's podcast is all about. I want to break down for you the difference

between two companies that have definitely come on the radar this year and one

that you need to know about. So we have got a one corner, we have got

Gardhock and in the other corner we have got Superhawk. Now it could be very

confusing when you first hear the names and see the brand into think that they

are the same companies but they are under the same umbrella but they do two

very different things. So let me just show my screen so you will know what I am

talking about. We have got in the left we've got Gardhock and on the right we

have got Superhawk. Now the best way to describe Superhawk and Gardhock is that

Superhawk is the prevention. The prevention is sometimes better than the

protection. Now what Superhawk does is that when you have a bucket there is a

guest screen in process that will happen all for the technology and the API that

Superhawk have created. When on the main reason why this is so important is that

when you have a guest book with you, especially when it comes from an OTA, you

haven't got a clue if the that person is going to be the person that's

coming to stay. Now what has happened massively over the last year with lock

downs, with restrictions, with nightclubs not being open is that people are

booking Airbnb's, their book in apartments, the book in basically properties and
